FTIR testing is used to identify various organic and inorganic materials in a substance. We have the latest machinery required for FTIR testing.
TGA Testing is also known as Thermogravimetric analysis and is a method of thermal analysis that measures the product/sample in temperature change. At our TGA testing Lab in Pune, identification of the composition of the material is done. With the testing checks on the Polymer content, filler content and ash content is done for material used across Rubber and Polymer industry. We have the latest TGA machinery for various testing.
DSC Testing or Differential scanning calorimetry testing is used to identify how the properties of a material change along with the temperature against time. At our DSC Testing Lab in Pune, we help in determining the melting point, crystallization and degradation of the various products being used by our clients. We are equipped with appropriate DSC Testing Machinery.
Xenon Weathering Testing is used to check the weathering effect on a sample in light, moisture, heat and water spray. At our Xenon Weathering testing lab in Pune, we work with our clients and help them in analysing various weathering effects. The testing is used by numerous industries like Rubber, Polymer, paint, cosmetics, adhesives, sealants, printing-ink/artist material/paper, packaging, textile, and pharmaceuticals. Ozone Testing is done to check the zone effect on the given sample in an ozone atmosphere. At our Ozone Testing Lab, we help to determine various cracking criteria for our clients from the rubber and polymer industry. We have an Ozone Chamber for conducting the necessary Ozone Testing.
Weathering testing is used to check the weathering effect on a sample in UV light, Condensation, heat and water spray. At our Weathering Testing Lab in Pune, we analyse the various weathering effects.
